Adherence to the project's BIM Execution Plan, ensuring compliance with industry standards, local codes, and project requirements.
Implementation of naming conventions, file organization, and data structuring as per the BEP.

LOD 200: Generic representation of electrical elements with approximate locations.
LOD 300: Precise modeling of electrical components with accurate dimensions and spatial coordination.
LOD 350-400: Detailed elements including connections, supports, and fabrication-ready data if required by the project.

Lighting and power distribution layouts for lighting fixtures, power outlets, and panel boards.
Conduits and cable tray routing designed based on space constraints and coordination with other building systems.
Switchgear and panel placements, including transformers, distribution panels, and their interconnections.
Emergency systems integration, covering backup power sources such as generators and UPS.
Low voltage systems incorporating audio visual data, fire alarms, security, telecoms and data infrastructure.

Identification and resolution of clashes with architectural, mechanical, plumbing, and structural models using Navisworks.
Conducting coordination meetings with Electricians Inc. to review and resolve clashes.

Electrical BIM model fully coordinated in Revit in “.rvt” and/or “.nwc” format.
Schedules including plans, panel schedules, diagrams, and wiring layouts extracted from the BIM model.
2D Drawings & Schedules includes Plans, panel schedules, riser diagrams, and wiring layouts extracted from the BIM model in “.pdf” format.
Clash reports detailing detected conflicts and their resolutions.
As-built model reflecting final site conditions after construction completion.
